A complete biopsychosocial assessment is completed during the initial evaluation appointment. This will provide me with your complete history as well as an understanding of your current symptoms and needs. During this evaluation, I will make recommendations for frequency of treatment, as well as an initial treatment plan.
*** NO GROUPS ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING, BUT PLEASE CALL IF INTERESTED AS WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING TO START A NEW GROUP!***
Young Adults Group
Completing high school is typically one of the most exciting times of a young adult's life. For many others, it poses a whole new set of challenges and obstacles that are overwhelming and often seem insurmountable. Coupled with other issues such as low self-esteem, poor social skills, anxiety, and depression, this can be the most difficult period in a young adult's life. Group is open to individuals ages 18-25 who are struggling to identify their path in life and would benefit from support and guidance to face these challenges.
Infertility & Pregnancy Loss Group
Infertility and pregnancy loss are some of the most difficult challenges individuals and couples face, and the occurrences of these challenges are becoming more and more common. This group serves to provide support and encouragement for those facing these challenges and the accompanying feelings of grief and loss.
Teen Open Process Group
Teenagers often face many social and emotional challenges while dealing with the typical stressors of day to day life. This group provides a forum for teens truggling with anxiety, depression, self-destructive behaviors, social issues and family issues to give and receive support and feedback from peers. Group members will discuss coping skills for various stressors and develop ways to manage treatment issues.

Telehealth sessions via a HIPPA compliant video chat platform are now our primary method of providing therapeutic services during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you do not have internet access or video chat capabilities, we can provide services via phone session as well. As regulations become available, we will make every effort to ensure the safety of staff and clients upon our eventual return to face to face contact in our offices.
